Yes we are.  We are What they call Pro Advisors, Which means we have gone through Extensive training and are qualified to handle your business finances 

Yes we do. A majority of our Clients start with a clean up.  Running your business is hard work and on top of that you need to keep accurate books.  Well 90% of new clients we get don't have accurate bookkeeping records, so we start off with a clean up first..

Well when you consider how much it would cost to hire a bookkeeper on staff, it's a pretty good option.  Consider if you hired a bookkeeper?  You would have to pay insurance, workers comp and deal with vacation and all the things that go into employing someone.  This way is more economical to your bottom line.  You pay one Fee on a month to month basis and that's it.  No sick calls, no injury issues, no health insurance claims.  We are 1099 workers to you.

We usually communicate monthly, if all goes well. But Sometimes we need to communicate weekly or if we can't understand a business transaction you made and we have questions about it.  So we are always in communication with you. At the end of each month we set up a time to go over the previous months numbers and give you some strategies to help you remain profitable.

As of right now we only offer bookkeeping services, but we will begin offering tax services in the 2025 tax season so stay tuned..

We work Exclusively with QuickBooks online.  

Yes if you are not a monthly subscriber to QuickBooks you will have to become one in order to work with us.  Since we are certified Pro Advisors, we can offer you a monthly discount if you order through us

We can do it on a case by case basis. Give us a call so we can discuss your situation

So we ask for half our Fee upfront and the rest is do once the work is completed.  Now of course you can pay us upfront all together but we leave that option up to you..
